Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer who is a hands-on technical leader with experience in Ruby on Rails and NodeJS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and support of full stack applications using Ruby on Rails and ReactJS
• Establish and uphold engineering standards related to code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Drive application modernization initiatives and contribute to cloud-native solution design across environments hosted in Azure/AWS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in the IT industry, including software engineering and application development
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production applications
• Experience designing and supporting scalable web applications in a cloud-based environment
• Solid understanding of modern application architecture, including service-oriented or API-driven designs
