Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Staff Full Stack Engineer will analyze complex technical problems, lead architectural reviews, and craft scalable products while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural reviews and analyze technical problems to ensure sustainability and prevent technical debt
• Act as a product manager for technology, advocating for critical infrastructure upgrades to enhance business velocity
• Mentor engineers and shape engineering culture by establishing best practices for automated testing and high-quality code

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and scaling complex engineering solutions, particularly in a startup environment
• Proven production experience with Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies
• Strong background in architecting operational and workflow management systems alongside consumer-facing products
• Experience in translating product and growth goals into technical roadmaps
• Familiarity with coding tools and LLMs to enhance development processes and mentor team members
