Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of complex, integration-heavy platforms, the full-time Staff Full Stack Engineer will define front-end architecture, mentor junior engineers, and build scalable systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define front-end architecture and technical strategy, leading complex UI systems development and back-end API architecture
• Build polished, demo-ready front-end experiences and design channel integrations across various surfaces
• Establish engineering standards, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack initiatives
• Deep proficiency in React or Angular, with strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong back-end development experience in Python and Node.js, including API architecture
• Hands-on experience with channel integrations across chat, voice, and web surfaces
• Demonstrated leadership and technical mentoring experience within a team or organization
