Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about crafting exceptional software, the fully remote Staff Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and evolve complex software systems, leveraging expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating within an agile team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using React with TypeScript for the frontend and Java, Kotlin, or Python for the backend
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming to enhance team performance and software quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Substantial professional experience in software development with a strong record of designing and evolving complex software systems
• Expertise in building large-scale applications using React and TypeScript
• Experience with backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
