Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of complex, integration-heavy platforms, the full-time remote Staff Full Stack Engineer will define front-end architecture, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems and solve integration challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define front-end architecture and technical strategy, leading complex UI systems development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with product and business goals
• Establish engineering standards and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and impact

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep proficiency in React or Angular with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Strong back-end development skills and API architecture experience (e.g., Node.js, Python)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and query optimization
• Demonstrated leadership and technical mentoring experience
