Staff Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of autonomous subscription programs, the full-time remote Staff Full Stack Engineer will lead large-scale technical initiatives, design and develop subscription management systems, and mentor team members in best engineering practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the brainstorming, scoping, design, and architecture of large-scale technical initiatives end to end
- Design and develop subscription management and retention systems personalized with AI for millions of customers
- Serve as a peer technical leader and mentor, raising the bar for code quality and system design across the team
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead large, ambiguous technical projects from design through production
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS
- Experience designing and supporting scalable full-stack solutions
- Passionate about leveraging AI and eager to learn new skills
