Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Super+ vertical, the full-time remote Staff Full Stack Software Engineer will architect services, tackle complex technical challenges, and serve as a technical expert across teams to enhance product integration and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and improve services, frontends, and databases while ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Drive high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design document feedback, promoting best practices across the vertical

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5 years as a Senior Software Engineer or 2 years as a Staff Software Engineer
• Experience with large-scale projects involving high throughput, active users, or significant data volume
• Strong technical depth in full-stack development, including frontend, web servers, and databases
• Proficiency in modern web technologies, system design, architecture, and microservices
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
