Staff Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the future of social media, the fully remote Staff Fullstack Engineer will work across the entire stack, making critical technical decisions and delivering features that impact millions while collaborating with a small, agile team during Pacific Time working hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Work across the entire stack, including a React Native app and Node.js/TypeScript and Go backend services
• Build foundational systems and make critical technical design decisions that accelerate overall development speed
• Establish the bar for excellence in system architecture, code reviews, and shipping velocity

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in building consumer-scale products, with 5+ years in management
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and React Native (iOS/Android/Web)
• Proven ability to make major technical decisions and understand their long-term impacts
• Experience using agentic coding tools and insights on their leverage and limitations
• Strong UI/UX focus with an understanding of social app mechanics and user experience details
