Job Summary

As a full-time Staff Game Engine Engineer working remotely, the candidate will shape the technical direction of AtomEngine, drive architectural decisions, and guide the evolution of a scalable cloud-based simulation and modeling platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the technical vision and architecture of AtomEngine to support simulation, AI, and modeling requirements
  • Lead the design and evolution of core engine systems, frameworks, and developer tooling to enhance platform effectiveness
  • Own architectural decisions related to engine runtime, editor tooling, performance infrastructure, and platform scalability
Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in game engines or performance-critical systems
  • Experience owning the architecture and technical direction of large-scale engine or platform systems
  • Deep understanding of game engine architecture and data-oriented design
  • Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
  • Experience optimizing performance, scalability, and developer workflows in large codebases
