Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst, Growth to support its Marketing, Growth, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics across various marketing acquisition and product-led growth channels
• Own analysis of the growth funnel, including acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Develop frameworks for attribution, campaign measurement, and marketing efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields
• Strong experience supporting Marketing, Growth, or Product teams in high-growth environments
• Deep hands-on experience with experimentation and statistical analysis
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in cloud data warehouses
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
