Staff GTM Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth of the GTM organization, the full-time Staff GTM Analyst will manage data integrity, define metrics, and provide actionable insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and model GTM metrics, ensuring data accuracy across various platforms
- Analyze data discrepancies and provide explanations for trends and performance metrics
- Forecast outcomes and guide leadership in decision-making based on data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- Approximately 8 years of hands-on analytics experience with a strong technical background
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools such as dbt and Snowflake
- Familiarity with GTM data concepts, including attribution and channel definitions
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and leading data-driven initiatives
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguous business questions effectively
