Staff GTM Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Staff GTM Systems & Automation Engineer will build and own the technical infrastructure that powers the revenue engine, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making through scalable systems and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, administer, and optimize the GTM technology stack, ensuring system reliability and data integrity
• Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations to streamline processes across various teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance execution and operational efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field
• Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot administration, including automation and integrations
• Proficiency in building automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Python, or SQL
• Experience designing and managing complex system integrations using APIs and middleware
• Strong understanding of the B2B customer lifecycle and data governance practices
