Staff IBM Maximo Developer

Job Summary

Experienced developers will find a full-time salaried opportunity as a Staff IBM Maximo Developer, responsible for analyzing complex business challenges, designing and supporting applications on the IBM Maximo platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform throughout the software development lifecycle
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and integration frameworks
