Staff IBM Maximo Developer

Job Summary

Experienced developers will find a full-time salaried opportunity as a Staff IBM Maximo Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, including enhancements through configurations and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build integrations with enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience working with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including workflows and integration frameworks
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
