Staff IBM Maximo Developer

Job Summary

Experienced developers will find a full-time opportunity as a Staff IBM Maximo Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications, including integrations with enterprise systems
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality through testing and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations and building complex BIRT reports
