Staff IBM Maximo Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team focused on enterprise applications, the full-time Staff IBM Maximo Developer will analyze complex business challenges, design and develop applications on the IBM Maximo platform, and participate in the software development lifecycle while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including workflows and integration frameworks
• Experience with building complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems
