Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of platform services, focusing on networking and service mesh
• Design, develop, and manage Kubernetes Operators and custom tooling to enhance platform capabilities
• Engineer the platform's observability stack and implement DevSecOps best practices

Required Qualifications

• Production experience managing infrastructure on a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and service mesh technologies (preferably Istio)
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and operational tooling in Golang
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
