Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for the cloud infrastructure platform, making strategic decisions around performance, cost, and maintainability
• Architect and lead the implementation of the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platform, ensuring scalability and governance
• Own and drive the evolution of the organization's deployment ecosystem for secure and reliable enterprise-wide deployments

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure roles with large-scale production systems on AWS
• Deep expertise in system-level programming and architectural design in languages such as Go or Python
• Proven track record of owning critical outcomes end-to-end across multiple functions
• Expert-level knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform, and experience with container orchestration systems
• Experience serving as a trusted technical advisor on cross-functional initiatives
