Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Infrastructure (Staff Level).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives and projects, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
• Analyze, design, develop, maintain, and improve software infrastructure and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with the InfoSec team to ensure compliance and enhance platform security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
• 10+ years of experience in building and managing large scale, highly available web applications
• Mastery of a high-level programming language such as Go, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform
• Experience designing database sharding configurations and developing internal tools
