Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to lead the development of an on-premises deployment model for a data security platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the on-prem Kubernetes architecture for the platform
• Own the design and implementation of product installers and deployment tooling
• Establish standards for logging, monitoring, and supportability in customer-managed environments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in on-prem or self-managed environments
• Experience building and maintaining installers and deployment tooling
• Experience supporting software in enterprise customer environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers
