Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead critical infrastructure initiatives across the engineering organization
• Design and maintain technical quality standards for infrastructure
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by setting organization-wide standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with complex cloud solutions using AWS services
• Proficient in provisioning and configuring cloud services with Terraform and AWS CLI/API
• Experience in developing software in compliance environments (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
• Ability to mentor and coach other engineers
• Demonstrated impact in creating frameworks or automation that accelerate engineering teams
