Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the infrastructure and deployment systems, the fully remote Staff Infrastructure Engineer will manage CI/CD pipelines, develop scalable platform services, and implement quality controls to ensure rapid and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Develop scalable platform services and runtime environments while standardizing deployment practices
• Establish quality gates and verification systems to support AI-assisted software development

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating modern infrastructure and platform systems
• Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing scalable developer platforms and internal tooling
• Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response practices
• Experience supporting highly available production environments
