Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

As a pivotal technical leader within the Observability team, the full-time Staff Infrastructure Engineer will architect and implement scalable telemetry platforms, act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for observability tools, and partner with engineering teams to enhance platform visibility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust, scalable telemetry platforms for efficient feature deployment and monitoring
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert and administrator for the observability stack, including Grafana and Prometheus
• Drive operational efficiency and compliance of observability systems in high-security environments, including FedRAMP

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering
• Expertise in architecting and managing enterprise-grade observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure design within AWS or GCP and managing production Kubernetes environments
• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to work in a government-regulated environment
