Staff Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Integrations Engineer to serve as a high-impact individual contributor in software engineering and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer integrations, including design and implementation of data pipelines
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, translating requirements into clear solutions and guiding integration approaches
• Troubleshoot and improve systems by identifying root causes of issues and implementing durable fixes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software, integrations, or forward-deployed engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, ADT, and CDA
• Proven ability to design and build data pipelines and integrations
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2)
