Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff IT Engineer to lead AI integration initiatives within its IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead AI initiatives to improve IT operations and user support
• Design and implement automation to enhance IT processes, scalability, and security

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI tools, including machine learning or NLP models
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, SaaS administration, or IT operations
• 4+ years in a customer support or service delivery environment
• Expertise with Okta as an identity provider and IAM platform
• Deep understanding of SSO, authentication flows, and IT security best practices
