Staff IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff IT/MSP Engineer responsible for the technical health of the MSP's entire client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop "Gold Standards" for client environments and manage the MSP's core toolset
• Act as the final escalation point for technical issues and design complex project architectures
• Conduct mentorship activities and define documentation standards for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in an MSP environment
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or API integrations
• Experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, and Advanced Threat Protection
• Certifications such as MS-102, AZ-305, CISSP, or ITIL v4 preferred
