Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Java Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dedicated and responsible for technical decision-making, design, and development of services applications
- Develop shared libraries and interface with other development teams
- Key developer of production service applications, building new customer features and maintaining codebases
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience working with Java
- Deep knowledge of J2EE technologies, including Spring Boot and core Java packages
- Experience developing against databases, ideally MongoDB, with ownership of data design, migration, and optimization
- Progressive experience in analyzing complex problems, developing solutions, and building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience collaborating within the team and across the organization
