Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Learning Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine K-12 student learning models based on educational research
• Lead research studies on K-12 ELA constructs and their relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance educational products and support user research

Required Qualifications

• PhD in developmental psychology, ELA, reading education, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in educational technology design or evaluation
• National recognition in the field, such as publications or grant board service
• Deep expertise in ELA education and knowledge of learning models
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis tools
