Staff M365 Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff M365 Platform Engineer & Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for the M365 GCC High tenant, ensuring integration and optimization of all workloads
• Lead the migration of identities and data during Mergers and Acquisitions, and design complex mail routing
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and manage the rollout of new M365 features

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing M365/Exchange Online in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience operating within sovereign cloud boundaries (GCC/GCCH)
• Strong proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and security/compliance center configurations
• Expert-level PowerShell skills for managing M365 workloads
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
