Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to help build a best-in-class ML ecosystem for clinical AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, implement, and maintain MLOps tools and practices for machine learning systems
• Optimize model performance and scalability to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Build tools to enhance the productivity of data scientists and contribute to ML system design and architecture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of development experience focused on Machine Learning and MLOps
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in machine learning libraries like Pytorch and Tensorflow
• Experience deploying and managing ML models in production environments using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices for machine learning and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience project managing a small team using modern agile methodologies
