Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced machine learning models to predict creditworthiness and other financial factors
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams to ensure model training and integration
• Coach and mentor data analysts and engineers while driving project delivery and maintaining high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience in quantitative disciplines
• Strong experience in AI and ML within the financial technology or service industry
• Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly SageMaker for model development and deployment
