Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models on unstructured, multidimensional datasets using various techniques
• Build and scale ML infrastructure for analytics and model pipelines, ensuring successful deployment of ML-driven solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to drive project scoping and develop novel ML applications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or ML engineering experience, with 3+ years on production ML systems
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with ML tools such as PyTorch and scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and deploying ML models using Docker or cloud-based pipelines
• Strong data wrangling skills and experience with unstructured data
• Experience with traceability and observability tools in deployed systems
