Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of ML models for recommendation systems and personalized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate ML models into real-world systems
• Mentor engineers and drive improvements in team processes and cross-team collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering with hands-on model development
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Strong background in LLMs and NLP applications
• Experience with ML infrastructure tools is a plus
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required
