Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to establish and lead machine learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize impactful ML opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, including coding and deployment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development or data science, with 5+ years focused on machine learning
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models that drive business growth
• Expertise in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and data processing tools
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
