Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, and operate machine learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature generation, and model deployment
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data exploration, model design, and productionization
• Continuously monitor model performance and implement automated retraining pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Strong background in MLOps and data infrastructure
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production
