• Own the model pipeline from data collection and labeling to deployment and monitoring
• Identify product and operational opportunities to build solutions that create efficiencies
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to bring use cases into production

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the data science field
• Theoretical and practical understanding of ML/AI models for structured and unstructured data
• Experience across the model development pipeline, from inception to deployment and monitoring
• Proficiency in Python and relevant data and ML/AI libraries
• Experience with text as a data source, including knowledge of NLP techniques
