Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to work on high-impact AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the technical vision for next-generation Agentic AI systems
• Architect scalable, production-grade LLM systems for intelligent workflows
• Establish best practices for building robust, reliable, and cost-efficient LLM-powered systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
• 7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems in production
• Demonstrated leadership in architecting complex AI systems
• Deep expertise in transformer-based models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Extensive experience with modern ML frameworks and distributed/cloud-based infrastructure
