Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff ML Engineer (AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, and validate automated judge models for AI system output scoring
• Design validation frameworks to assess automated evaluation systems' accuracy and reliability
• Develop synthetic data generation pipelines to enhance evaluation coverage and support low-resource languages

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied ML research
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with training and evaluating language models and classifiers
• Experience building automated data processing and evaluation pipelines
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
