Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with 4+ years in ML or applied AI
• Proven track record of delivering ML systems with measurable business impact
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Experience with LLMs in production, including fine-tuning and evaluation strategies
• Experience mentoring and leading teams, preferably in a startup environment
