Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer - VoIP Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement VoIP infrastructure and telephony platforms for AI-driven voice workloads
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient performance and integration of voice and AI platforms
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SRE practices and support activities for VoIP systems in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with VoIP systems using SIP/RTP protocols
• Practical knowledge of Kamailio, RTPEngine, and related telecom systems
• 4+ years of development experience with languages such as Python, GoLang, or Java
• Experience operating distributed workloads on Kubernetes with a DevOps approach
• Experience integrating applications on top of LLMs and developing LLM-based features
