Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ranking and ML backend systems for app and game discovery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define signals, APIs, and feedback loops for ranking models
• Mentor engineers and lead discussions to shape the ranking and personalization strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on large-scale distributed or ML-driven systems
• Proven experience in cross-functional product teams with ownership of end-user outcomes
• Experience in designing and improving ML tooling and platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects
• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
