Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff ML Engineer to join their Test Engine team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the ML strategy for predictive test selection, from experimentation to production
• Build and scale the ML platform, ensuring fast and repeatable model deployment
• Investigate and resolve complex performance and reliability issues across the data and ML stack

Required Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in Python with experience in building production ML systems end-to-end
• Proven experience designing and operating ML infrastructure at scale
• Strong experience with data processing at scale using frameworks like Spark or Flink
• Experience training, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS) and with containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
