Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Staff Machine Learning Engineer, responsible for leveraging and deploying natural language processing models and LLMs in a full-time capacity to optimize clinical workflows and enhance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate production AI pipelines focusing on reliability, cost, and latency
• Design and maintain orchestration for batch clinical workflows using Airflow
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Scientists to debug and improve model outputs

Required Qualifications

• Strong command of Python in production environments
• Experience with microservices and data orchestration workflows in production
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native services, preferably GCP
• Experience with major ML frameworks such as LangGraph, PyTorch, or spaCy
• Experience in building monitoring and observability systems for production
