Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the next generation of data and AI solutions, the remote Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and scale machine learning systems that enhance customer-facing analytics and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning and AI systems for customer analytics and automation
• Develop and operationalize end-to-end ML workflows, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and deliver seamless AI-powered data products

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Machine Learning roles
• 3+ years of experience building and operating machine learning systems in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in modern ML frameworks
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and working with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Understanding of semantic layer design, MLOps practices, and data modeling principles
