Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI/ML team, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design and operate distributed ML systems, manage model deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multi-team ML initiatives that deliver sustained business value
• Design and implement robust data pipelines and deployment patterns for ML models
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to address customer pain points

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience; 4+ years with production ML at scale
• Proven success designing and operating distributed ML systems
• Strong experience with model deployment patterns and data pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions across teams
• Deep understanding of reliability engineering and production support
