Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Architecting and maintaining end-to-end traffic classification ML systems, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will manage the complete lifecycle of traffic-scoring models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance bot-incident mitigation strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of traffic-scoring models, managing adversarial feedback loops to enhance evasion-resistance
• Architect offline-to-online data pipelines, establishing evaluation frameworks to ensure model improvements are measurable and defensible
• Collaborate with security analysts and data engineers to integrate scoring intelligence into automated workflows for global traffic classification consistency

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of applied experience in production ML within adversarial domains such as traffic integrity or bot mitigation
• Demonstrated experience in architecting scalable data pipelines for low-latency inference systems
• Strong foundation in model evaluation metrics and the ability to communicate complex trade-offs to stakeholders
• Experience with large-scale data engineering and feature engineering on high-volume event streams
• MS/PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent deep engineering experience with ownership of large-scale systems
