Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer, this role will drive the ML strategy and roadmap, architect high-scale systems, and optimize two-sided marketplace dynamics while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ML strategy and roadmap by partnering with Engineering and Product Leadership to define technical vision for core marketplace components
• Architect and own state-of-the-art ML systems for dynamic interaction prediction and candidate/job retrieval in high-throughput production environments
• Mentor Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence and rapid production delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in large-scale production environments
• Proven track record in architecting and shipping end-to-end ML solutions that serve production traffic at scale
• Deep domain expertise in Recommendation Systems, Personalization, Ranking & Retrieval, or Interaction Prediction
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on expertise in modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience in technical leadership and mentorship across cross-functional engineering and product teams
