Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of next-generation BEV and multi-modal perception models, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will drive architectural innovation and large-scale model training in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for BEV-based perception models across various tasks, including detection and scene understanding
• Design advanced multi-modal architectures that integrate data from cameras, LiDAR, and radar into unified spatial representations
• Mentor and guide ML engineers, promoting best practices in experimentation and model validation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in deep learning for perception, 3D vision, or autonomous systems
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• Proven expertise in BEV modeling and multi-view fusion
• Strong background in integrating multi-modal sensor data, particularly camera and LiDAR
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
