Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ML research, from idea generation to production deployment and monitoring
• Design and evaluate methods for LLM alignment and hallucination detection on clinical data
• Collaborate with engineers to productionize models and mentor other researchers

Required Qualifications

• Strong track record of ML research with publications in top-tier venues
• Deep understanding of LLM failure modes and evaluation techniques
• Experience in designing evaluation frameworks and building test datasets
• Hands-on experience with large-scale deep learning models and modern neural architectures
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
