Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Staff Maximo Applications Developer, a full-time position responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience working with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and integration frameworks
• Experience with complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems
